Congo Quest operates on time slots; reservations are time sensitive. Your reservations will begin at the time specified on your booking. You will forfeit any unused time if you fail to show for your booking or arrive late.
Children must be always supervised by an adult 18 years +. A minimum of one adult per 3 children is mandatory.
Bowling reservations are time sensitive. Your reservations will begin at the time specified on your booking. You will forfeit any unused time if you fail to show for your booking or arrive late.
Laser Zone reservations are time sensitive. Your reservations will begin at the time specified on your booking. You will forfeit any unused time if you fail to show for your booking or arrive late.
Interactive Darts reservations are time sensitive. Your reservations will begin at the time specified on your booking. You will forfeit any unused time if you fail to show for your booking or arrive late.
Sport Simulator reservations are time sensitive. Your reservations will begin at the time specified on your booking. You will forfeit any unused time if you fail to show for your booking or arrive late.

Congo Quest, soft play area is designed for children 0-12 years.
Children outside this age range may not be permitted to enter.
Bowling Alley 2 year upwards all children must be supervised around bowling balls and equipment by a responsible adult.
Laser Zone 7 years upwards all children must be supervised in the laser arena by a responsible adult.
Interactive Darts under 16 must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Sport Simulator 7 years upwards all children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Parents/ guardians must ensure that children are in good health and free from contagious illnesses before using the soft play area and bowling alley.
It is prohibited for anyone with a fever or any infectious conditions to enter the play area.
All play equipment should be used as intended. Rough play, climbing on the sides, or any unsafe behaviour is not allowed. It is the responsibility of parents/ guardians to ensure children are following the health and safety regulations. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be offered.
Adults are not permitted on slides or in designated children’s play areas.

Carlow Dome is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Dome. Birthday cakes are permitted in conjunction with a booked birthday party; Allergen information must be available if requested.

All patrons must behave respectfully and kindly towards staff and other guests.
Inappropriate behaviour by adults or children, including but not limited to bullying, aggressive behaviour, or foul language, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the premises.
Please ensure the following items are not brought into the soft play area or laser zone
Food including sweets and chewing gum.
Drinks
Pens
Watches
Money
Sharp objects

By entering our facility, you acknowledge and accept that participation in play activities carries inherent risks.
Carlow Dome LTD is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises, except in cases of negligence by our staff or management.

Carlow Dome LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
