Terms and Conditions for Congo Quest and Bowling Alley Party

Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure your booking.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or cash.
  • Balance on arrival to party.
  • Party is not secured until deposit has been received, no provisional bookings.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your party, area must be vacated at end of party.

Cancellation Policy

  • Payments made are non-refundable.

Numbers for Parties

  • Congo Quest Parties minimum number is 10 and maximum number 30 children
  • Bowling Parties minimum number is 6 and maximum number is 24 children
  • Final numbers must be confirmed 5 days prior to the party.

Food and Beverage

  • All food and beverage consumed on site must be purchased on site.
  • Food and beverage may only be consumed in designated areas.
  • All cakes must have allergen information.

Safety Rules

  • All guests must follow the play centre’s safety rules. Parents/guardians should ensure that children understand and comply. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be offered in this instance.
  • The play centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not follow safety regulations.

Liability Waiver

  • All guests must complete a liability waiver form before participating in activities. (Forms are available at check in desks for activities.)
  • The Dome, is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.

Conduct

  • Guests must behave in a respectful manner. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

Decorations and Setup

  • Balloon are allowed; we do not allow pictures or banner in the party floor or party rooms.
  • Pinatas and blowers are not allowed.
  • Confetti and sparklers are prohibited.

Photography and Videography

  • The Dome is not responsible for any photography onsite.

Changes to Terms

  • The Dome reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.
